Lead the Field Operations Group, overseeing reality-capture and beacon installations globally. Develop strategy, manage multi-disciplinary teams, vendor relationships, and ensure high-velocity delivery. Requires 5-7 years leadership in field operations, fluency in English and Hebrew, and readiness for international travel.
Responsibilities
- Drive global macro strategy and oversee departmental budgets.
- Manage overarching global vendor relationships, including commercial agreements and SLA enforcements.
- Lead multi-layered teams of Region Leads, Digital capture Technicians Leads, Tech Expert, and Operations Manager.
- Ensure rigorous adherence to operational KPIs and delivery resilience worldwide.
- Partner with Operations, Product, and R&D teams to integrate and standardize field methodologies.
- Serve as the company's operational Subject Matter Expert.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of leadership experience in complex field operations, multi-disciplinary logistics, or engineering departments.
- Proven track record of scaling an operational department through hyper-growth as a Manager of Managers.
- Strong background in complex vendor management, contract management, business processes, and cost optimization.
- Fluency in English and Hebrew (written and spoken).
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and high adaptability.
- Readiness for international travel to major project sites.
Nice to have
- Experience within a global Construction Tech or hardware-enabled SaaS enterprise.
- High technical literacy with solid understanding of the construction industry and job-site safety protocols.
