Equipment Engineer responsible for providing technical support for semiconductor test lab equipment, including testers, handlers, and TCU. Writes technical procedures, delivers training, designs mechanical and electrical jigs, and remotely supports vendors in the Far East. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and ability to read drawings.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for engineering test lab equipment (testers, handlers, TCU, etc.).
- Remotely support testing vendors in the Far East.
- Write technical procedures for lab users.
- Provide technical training for lab users.
- Design electrical and mechanical jigs for the lab.
- Travel to vendors (3-4 business trips per year).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings.
Nice to have
- Experience with handlers and/or testers.
- Experience with ATC systems.
- Experience with thermo-mechanical solutions.
- Experience solving complex systems problems.
