Customer Success Manager
Own a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers and managed service provider partners. Drive onboarding, product adoption, customer health, retention, renewals, and value-led expansion while partnering with Sales, Product, Support, and R&D.
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of strategic customers and manage adoption, customer health, retention, and expansion.
- Support managed service providers with onboarding, enablement, adoption, and customer delivery.
- Embed the product into customer workflows and business processes.
- Guide trials, onboarding, and value validation, converting successful trials into commercial commitments.
- Identify new use cases and expansion opportunities across teams and business units.
- Create account plans covering customer outcomes, risks, adoption gaps, and growth opportunities.
- Lead QBRs and executive conversations focused on adoption, ROI, business impact, risks, and growth.
- Build relationships with champions, senior stakeholders, decision-makers, and technical teams.
- Identify low-adoption signals, churn risks, and customer health issues, and lead mitigation plans.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, represent customer needs internally, and develop scalable customer success processes and playbooks.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within B2B SaaS.
- Experience managing enterprise or complex B2B customers.
- Strong understanding of adoption, retention, renewals, and value-led expansion.
- Commercial awareness and ability to identify growth opportunities with Sales.
- Ability to engage senior stakeholders, decision-makers, champions, and technical teams.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Data-driven, structured, and accountable in account management.
- Excellent written and spoken Hebrew and English.
Nice to have
- Experience with managed service providers, channel partners, or indirect customer models.
- Experience with Salesforce, Jira, or customer success tools.
- Familiarity with collaboration, voice, unified communications, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or AI-driven solutions.
