Provide strategic and pragmatic legal guidance to commercial, R&D, and operational teams, supporting contracts, litigation, legal projects, and process improvements in a regulated industry.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal guidance and recommendations to management and cross-functional teams
- Review, draft, negotiate, and interpret contracts and legislation
- Support enterprise projects, initiatives, and litigation activities
- Lead litigation holds, respond to subpoenas, and assist with internal discovery
- Plan and deliver legal projects within agreed scope
- Guide smaller teams on tactical legal initiatives
- Identify and implement legal process improvements
- Represent leadership on strategic programs and organizational initiatives
- Direct outsourcing partners and participate in medium-scale RFPs
Requirements
- Law degree and admission to the Israeli Bar
- Qualification to practice law in Israel
- 5–6 years of post-qualification experience
- Significant corporate or in-house legal experience
- Experience advising commercial, R&D, and operational teams in a regulated industry
- Strong knowledge of relevant legal processes and systems
- Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Experience in medical devices or life sciences
- Experience leading outsourcing partners and participating in medium-scale RFPs
