Join a dynamic organization specializing in social consulting and community relations, supporting national and urban infrastructure projects. As a Community Relations Specialist, you will manage public engagement, bridge engineering and communities, and translate complex technical information. Hybrid role with field and office work.
Responsibilities
- Manage community relations projects from planning through on-site execution.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Represent and mediate between engineering teams and public audiences or authorities.
- Translate complex technical information into clear, accessible formats for the public.
- Work in a hybrid model: approximately 50% field presence (project sites, meetings) and 50% office-based planning and strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Political Science, Geography, Public Policy, or a related field.
- Proven ability to work in a hybrid model combining field and office tasks.
- Basic understanding or background in infrastructure, engineering, or education, with the ability to learn and summarize technical information.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders (local authorities, government bodies, engineering firms, contractors).
Nice to have
- Previous experience in community relations, project management, strategic consulting, or public sector/infrastructure work.
