BIM Manager
Lead BIM implementation and standards for architectural firms, developing workflows, Revit templates, and quality control. Provide training and support, manage ACC/BIM 360 collaboration, and work on-site with clients in central Israel.
Responsibilities
- Lead and implement BIM methodologies, workflows, and professional standards within client organizations.
- Develop BIM workflows, standards, templates, and procedures tailored to each office and project.
- Provide ongoing professional guidance to architects and design teams working in Revit.
- Create, develop, and maintain Revit Templates, Families, and office BIM libraries.
- Perform ongoing model quality control and ensure compliance with BIM standards and procedures.
- Troubleshoot professional and technical Revit issues and support design teams.
- Set up and manage collaborative project environments in Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360.
- Train and support teams in adopting new BIM workflows, standards, and tools.
Requirements
- Architect or Architectural Practical Engineer.
- Previous professional experience working in an architectural firm.
- At least 2 years of experience as a BIM Manager within an architectural practice.
- Excellent command of Autodesk Revit, including experience with complex architectural projects.
- Experience developing and implementing Revit Templates and Families.
- Strong understanding of architectural design processes and project design stages.
- Ability to identify workflow challenges and develop practical and efficient BIM solutions.
- Ability to work independently with clients and multidisciplinary professional teams.
- Strong training, process leadership, and implementation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented approach.
- Professional proficiency in both Hebrew and English, written and spoken.
Nice to have
- Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360.
- Experience training architectural teams and implementing BIM processes.
- Experience working on complex, multidisciplinary projects.
- Familiarity with Dynamo and automation tools.
- Additional languages — Russian is an advantage.
