Requires B.Arch, 3+ years experience, proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, and experience with building permit applications. Independent work, accuracy, and multitasking essential.
Responsibilities
- Manage architectural projects from planning to licensing and execution
- Prepare building permit applications and coordinate with authorities and consultants
- Ensure design quality and compliance with standards
- Work independently and manage multiple tasks under deadlines
Requirements
- B.Arch degree
- Minimum 3 years experience in architectural offices
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
- Proven experience in preparing building permit applications
Nice to have
- Experience with zoning plans (significant advantage)
