Own inventory and supply planning across third-party logistics sites and product lines. Use AI tools, analytics, and project management practices to improve forecasting, planning processes, execution, and cost efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain inventory schedules across 3PL sites based on demand and business requirements
- Use AI tools and data analytics to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels
- Build and maintain supply plans across multiple product lines
- Lead cross-functional planning projects from scoping through execution
- Apply project management best practices to drive delivery
- Manage operational COGS and support cost-efficiency initiatives
- Design and implement improved planning processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
- 3–5 years of experience in material planning, production planning, or a similar role in a high-tech or technology company
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for planning, forecasting, or process design
- Experience leading cross-functional projects from planning through execution
- Experience managing large datasets
- Advanced analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable business insights
- Proficiency in Excel and MS Office
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Nice to have
- Oracle NetSuite experience
- Knowledge of intercompany processes
