Lead a retail analytics team responsible for replenishment, inventory management, and data-driven insights. Own the end-to-end replenishment process, collaborate with store managers and cross-functional teams, and provide actionable analytics to leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the retail analytics team, overseeing performance and development.
- Own the replenishment process including data analysis, product allocation, discount planning, and warehouse coordination.
- Analyze sales data and inventory trends to optimize stock levels.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for retail performance tracking.
- Serve as main point of contact for store managers and collaborate with supply chain and warehouse teams.
- Represent retail priorities in cross-functional projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 2-3 years of team management experience, ideally in retail, supply chain, or data analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in data analysis.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify or Magento.
- Experience in a fast-paced retail or e-commerce environment.
