Responsible for end-to-end supply chain operations and program management in an OEM environment, coordinating with R&D, manufacturing, procurement, and other stakeholders to ensure product availability and drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Own supply planning and supply management with OEM manufacturers.
- Lead demand and supply planning to ensure product availability and meet market demand.
- Manage cross-functional programs and projects, including new product introduction and technology changes.
- Coordinate interfaces between R&D, manufacturing, quality, finance, logistics, sales, and subsidiaries.
- Monitor production plans, lead times, inventory levels, and milestones, identifying risks and developing mitigation plans.
- Communicate proactively with subsidiaries on product availability, production status, and delivery schedules.
- Resolve operational issues and develop recovery plans for delays, shortages, or disruptions.
- Initiate and lead improvements in operational, planning, and coordination processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain, planning, operations, or program/project management in OEM or manufacturing.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional processes and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Strong project and program management skills with end-to-end initiative leadership.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and ERP/MRP systems.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Highly organized and self-motivated with strong ownership, initiative, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
