Responsible for end-to-end supply chain planning and management for international markets. Oversee demand/supply planning, inventory allocation, production scheduling, and client management. Requires Industrial Engineering degree, fluent English, and ERP experience.

Responsibilities

  • Overall responsibility for production planning and supply chain planning
  • Translate sales forecasts, orders, and commitments into work and supply plans
  • Build rolling supply plans based on demand, material availability, factory capacities, and delivery schedules
  • Synchronize cultivation, harvest, processing, testing, release, packaging, and shipping plans
  • Manage end-to-end inventory picture by variety, lot, quantity, location, quality/regulatory status, and customer allocation
  • Allocate inventory and lots to customers based on orders, forecasts, priorities, and commercial commitments
  • Manage and plan inventory flow between company sites, processing plants, packaging facilities, logistics centers, and customers
  • Monitor and control execution of production and supply plans, flag exceptions and bottlenecks, and provide solutions
  • Manage interfaces with processing and packaging plants and ensure adherence to required timelines
  • Manage international customer accounts regarding orders, forecasts, availability, supplies, and product status
  • Maintain regular contact with clients and partners in Europe and the UK, providing proactive updates on orders and supplies
  • Lead demand and supply planning processes, creating a unified picture connecting sales, inventory, production, and supply
  • Work regularly with cultivation, post-harvest, quality, regulation, operations, sales, finance, and logistics teams
  • Responsible for performance metrics such as plan adherence, inventory availability, forecast accuracy, inventory levels, and OTIF
  • Manage and control using ERP, reports, and data-driven planning and decision-making tools

Requirements

  • Industrial Engineering and Management degree or other relevant degree – mandatory
  • Experience in production planning and supply chain management in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience in demand/supply planning and inventory management
  • Experience working with multiple production sites/factories
  • Experience with international clients
  • Fluent English

Nice to have

  • Experience in pharma or other regulated industry – significant advantage
