Seeking a Sub-Contractor Planning Manager to oversee subcontractor demand planning, schedule management, and supply chain operations for advanced defense radar systems. This role involves cross-functional coordination, process improvement, and performance reporting within a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare requirement and demand plans for all subcontractors.
- Plan and manage subcontractor schedules according to project requirements.
- Coordinate with internal interfaces (Operations, Procurement, Engineering, etc.).
- Identify gaps and lead improvement and efficiency processes.
- Generate reports and KPIs for management and control purposes.
Requirements
- Previous experience in planning and/or coordinating work with subcontractors – mandatory.
- High proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
- Ability to work with multiple interfaces and manage several tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a system-wide perspective.
- Good English skills.
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree (Industrial Engineering & Management / Logistics / related field) – mandatory.
Nice to have
- Experience with Priority or SAP ERP systems.
