Senior SAP Business System Analyst specializing in SAP PP and manufacturing for supply chain execution. Responsible for project leadership, SAP solution architecture and configuration, and S/4HANA integration. Requires 5+ years SAP experience and strong supply chain knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects focused on supply chain, production planning, manufacturing, and material management solutions.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Architect and configure SAP PP and IM modules with integration to procurement, sales, finance, and planning.
- Implement existing SAP supply chain systems in S/4HANA landscape.
- Design analytics and reporting solutions using Tableau and SAP BI.
- Plan and conduct testing and training internally and externally.
- Mentor implementation team on industry best practices.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering or Information Systems or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of SAP experience with focus on SAP PP, Manufacturing, Material Management, and integration with WH, APO & Costing.
- Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA PP and Manufacturing modules with at least 1 implementation.
- Strong functional knowledge in supply network management.
- Exposure to data integration with non-SAP tools via EDI/IDOC.
- Knowledge in custom solution implementation / RICEF / supervising process updates.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Semiconductor industry experience, including fabless business model.
- S/4HANA implementation experience.
