- Lead macro and micro production planning processes
- Manage production, planning, and control across two manufacturing plants
- Oversee costing processes and subcontractor management
- Lead operational and manufacturing process improvement projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Requirements
- Industrial & Management Engineering degree
- Previous experience as Production Planning Manager/Planner or in operational project management
- Strong Excel skills
- Proactive mindset with ability to lead cross-functional and cross-site processes
Nice to have
- Experience in manufacturing within consumer goods, food, or cosmetics
- Familiarity with Priority ERP
