Process and Operational Information Systems Analyst
Responsible for analyzing, designing, and improving operational processes and information systems, with a focus on ERP (Priority) and MES integration. Ensures data quality, manages interfaces, and leads cross-departmental process improvement projects along the supply chain.
Responsibilities
- Specify, develop, and improve reports and controls in the Priority ERP system according to organizational needs.
- Analyze data and identify gaps, shortages, and inconsistencies in information managed across systems.
- Take responsibility for data refinement, maintenance, and quality control in organizational information systems.
- Manage and support interfaces between Priority and the MES production floor system, ensuring data reliability and synchronization.
- Identify and handle information gaps and faults in reporting and control processes between production systems and ERP.
- Examine and improve operational processes along the supply chain from planning to production execution.
- Work regularly with departments such as Engineering, Procurement, Production, Logistics, Quality, and Information Systems.
- Lead projects for business process improvement and implementation of system solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Information Systems, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in process improvement, information systems, organization and methods, or supply chain.
- Familiarity with supply chain processes, production, and material planning.
- Experience working with Priority system, including report specification and data analysis.
- Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and lead process improvements.
Nice to have
- Significant advantage: Experience with MES systems or interfaces between operational systems and ERP systems.
