Responsible for production planning and demand management across two manufacturing plants. Coordinate with production, purchasing, logistics, and marketing to ensure continuity and optimize efficiency. Manage material planning (MRP) and identify process bottlenecks.
Responsibilities
- Manage production planning and overall planning processes.
- Build production and demand forecasts.
- Plan materials using MRP.
- Coordinate demand and production planning with Production, Purchasing, Logistics, and Marketing.
- Identify bottlenecks and lead initiatives to optimize production efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering & Management.
- 3+ years of experience in planning/production control in manufacturing.
- Full proficiency in ERP systems.
Nice to have
- Experience in food, consumer products, or plastics.
