An on-site Operations Manager is sought in Tel Aviv to oversee inventory, order processing, logistics coordination, partner relationships, installation projects, and operational staff for a sports equipment distribution business.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations, inventory management, and order processing.
  • Coordinate with logistics providers to support timely product delivery.
  • Manage relationships with clubs, retailers, and resellers.
  • Support end-to-end projects for sports facility installations.
  • Maintain quality, service, and brand standards.
  • Optimize operational processes and monitor KPIs.
  • Collaborate with sales and management to align operations with commercial objectives.
  • Supervise operational staff, resolve issues, and support continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Experience in operational management, logistics coordination, supply chain processes, and inventory control.
  • Ability to manage projects from planning and scheduling through on-site execution and stakeholder communication.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, ERP tools, and office productivity software.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience leading and supervising staff, delegating tasks, and maintaining accountability.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, logistics, or a related field; relevant professional experience may substitute.
  • Fluent English.
  • Ability to work on-site in Tel Aviv and travel occasionally for projects and partner visits.

Nice to have

  • Experience with distributors, retailers, sports-related businesses, import/export, or international brands.
  • Knowledge of or interest in racket sports or padel.
  • French or other additional languages relevant to international markets.
