Seeking an Operational Analyst to support logistics and manufacturing operations by leveraging SAP, BI tools, and data analysis. Drive process improvements, manage KPI routines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Provide SAP user support and define requirements for new system developments.
- Manage, monitor, and implement operational KPI routines to meet business goals.
- Implement, update, and monitor operational procedures in warehouse environments.
- Identify and drive process improvements, optimization, and efficiency in logistics and operations.
- Produce operational reports, build dashboards, and analyze data for actionable insights.
- Collaborate with warehouse managers, production planning, information systems, logistics, and operations teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management, Logistics Management, or Information Systems.
- Strong experience working with SAP.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel.
- Experience with BI tools and producing reports.
- Strong data analysis skills and ability to generate operational insights.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Nice to have
- Experience with SAP R/3.
- Experience with SAP modules such as WM, MM, PP, or SM.
- Previous experience as an SAP Implementer, SAP Functional Consultant, SAP Key User, or SAP Trainer.
