Responsible for building optimal demand plans across time horizons, aligning with market trends and supply capabilities. Leads S&OP processes, identifies risks, and drives solutions with operations, procurement, logistics, marketing, and sales. Manages demand data and presents to business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Build optimal demand plans for short, medium, and long-term horizons, aligned with market trends and supply capabilities.
- Monitor product launches, forecast performance, distribution, and validate rolling forecasts.
- Identify gaps and risks early, manage scenarios, and lead solutions with operations, procurement, logistics, marketing, and sales.
- Own demand data and present it to business and financial stakeholders.
- Lead S&OP processes and synchronize all value chain stakeholders.
- Initiate and lead continuous improvement projects in planning and work processes.
- Manage significant partnerships with internal stakeholders and drive interfaces to achieve business goals.
- Maintain and develop professional knowledge within the planning community and create synergy among members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or Business Administration.
- At least 3 years of experience in planning or equivalent roles in supply chain or operations.
- Familiarity with operational, marketing, and sales environments and understanding of supply chain impact on business.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- High proficiency in Excel.
- Good English proficiency.
- Ability to lead interfaces, convey messages, and engage partners.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with SAP.
- Experience with AI tools and Power BI for simulation.
