A high-growth B2B SaaS company in finance automation is seeking a Product Marketing Lead to establish and own its product marketing function. The role covers positioning, market intelligence, go-to-market strategy, product launches, sales and partner enablement, and adoption initiatives across EMEA,

Responsibilities

  • Establish the product marketing function and foundational go-to-market processes
  • Develop positioning, messaging hierarchies, personas, value propositions, and narratives
  • Create regional and ERP-specific competitive intelligence and differentiation frameworks
  • Conduct market, customer, competitor, win/loss, and product usage research
  • Develop customer advocacy programs, including case studies, testimonials, and references
  • Own launch planning and execution for ERP integrations, features, and product modules
  • Build launch playbooks, activation plans, KPIs, and continuous improvement processes
  • Create sales and partner enablement materials, including talk tracks, battlecards, objection guides, and one-pagers
  • Support ICP and value proposition refinement for regional ERP ecosystems
  • Develop product adoption, onboarding, in-product messaging, retention, and expansion frameworks
  • Translate research and product insights into recommendations for Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS
  • Experience partnering with Product teams, contributing to roadmaps, and translating product usage into customer value
  • Proven ability to develop positioning, messaging frameworks, personas, and competitor analyses
  • Track record of delivering product or feature launches end to end
  • Experience building product marketing foundations in a high-growth, sales-led environment
  • Strong analytical ability across market research, product data, and go-to-market strategy
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • Ability to learn technical products quickly and explain complex concepts clearly
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across functions and time zones

Nice to have

  • Experience with ERP ecosystems such as Acumatica, NetSuite, Sage, or Microsoft Dynamics
  • Experience in payments, accounts payable automation, or financial workflow software
  • Experience with global go-to-market strategies across multiple regions
