Lead Product Marketing Manager – Growth and Monetization

Own the mid-funnel user journey, pricing, packaging, and lifecycle strategy for a B2B SaaS product. Drive monetization, adoption, retention, upgrades, and expansion through data-informed product and marketing initiatives. This hybrid role is based in Tel Aviv, with three office days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Own the mid-funnel strategy and user journey from signup and first purchase through upgrades, feature adoption, expansion, and win-back.
  • Define pricing architecture, product tiers, limits, packaging, and value propositions for different personas and features.
  • Use data and willingness-to-pay analysis to make pricing and packaging decisions.
  • Drive monetization, conversion, adoption, retention, and expansion across the product lifecycle.
  • Shape the product roadmap by aligning product managers, sales, marketing, and executives around growth initiatives.
  • Develop and support feature releases, in-app messaging, lifecycle email, and touchpoints across platform, extension, AI, and API surfaces.
  • Build lifecycle playbooks and pricing logic that improve funnel performance at scale.
  • Own end-to-end launches, including audience and messaging definition, release tiering, creative briefing, sales enablement, and impact measurement.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience across product, product marketing, growth, or strategy, ideally in monetization, pricing, or user lifecycle roles.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, usage-based B2C, or AI-native platforms with direct commercial accountability.
  • Hands-on ownership of pricing and packaging, including multi-tier pricing, willingness-to-pay analysis, credit or consumption limits, and value-based packaging.
  • Experience owning end-to-end product launches, from audience and messaging definition through release tiering, creative briefing, sales enablement, and measurement.
  • Fluency in CRM data, marketing automation, lead routing, MQL definitions, sales metrics, and AI-agent workflows.
  • Strong data analysis skills and ability to translate funnel patterns into product, packaging, or lifecycle improvements.
  • Persuasive communication skills and confidence presenting abstract concepts to senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to align cross-functional teams and deliver initiatives without direct authority.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered tools and workflows.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience building AI agents for go-to-market or marketing.
  • Generalist mindset and ability to learn quickly.
  • Familiarity with Braze, Amplitude, Databricks, Tableau, or Salesforce.
