Head of Product Communications & Storytelling
Own company and product narrative, shaping how cardiac AI prevention is understood by customers, partners, and the market. Translate product innovation into audience-specific narratives. Drive category creation, positioning, messaging, and GTM strategy. Partner with executive leadership on company-level communications.
Responsibilities
- Own company and product narrative, ensuring it evolves with product and market changes.
- Serve as strategic liaison between Product & Technology and other departments, translating complex innovations into customer value and business outcomes.
- Define category narrative, positioning, and points of view for cardiac AI prevention.
- Develop audience-specific narratives for executives, enterprise buyers, health plans, employers, clinicians, members, and analysts.
- Influence go-to-market strategy through customer insights, market research, and competitive analysis.
- Build communication standards and storytelling frameworks for cross-functional teams.
- Partner with executive leadership on board presentations, thought leadership, analyst relations, and industry events.
- Create high-impact assets: launch narratives, market positioning, customer stories, executive presentations.
- Equip Sales and Customer Success with messaging, proof points, and strategic narratives.
Requirements
- 8+ years in product communications, product marketing, brand narrative, or strategic communications for B2B technology companies.
- Exceptional storytelling and writing skills, with ability to start from customer problems and business outcomes.
- Proven ability to adapt narratives for diverse audiences (executives, buyers, clinicians, members).
- Track record of driving commercial outcomes through product narratives.
- Experience shaping positioning, messaging, ICP, and market strategy based on insights.
- Experience partnering directly with executive leadership on company narrative.
- Strong editorial judgment and ability to simplify complexity.
- Data-driven and customer-obsessed approach.
- Experience building communication systems and scalable frameworks.
