Responsibilities
- Research client market, ICP, positioning, competitors, and demand channels to define growth strategy.
- Deploy, configure, and improve AI agents and workflows for client use cases.
- Work with APIs, webhooks, GitHub, and integrations to troubleshoot and implement solutions.
- Launch and optimize growth campaigns using performance data.
- Advise clients as a growth partner, presenting data-driven recommendations.
- Feed learnings back into product, agents, and playbooks.
Requirements
- Proven performance/growth marketing experience with measurable commercial outcomes.
- Built and shipped real products, tools, automations, or campaign systems.
- Strong practical understanding of AI products and agents.
- Technical basics: APIs, GitHub, webhooks, authentication, data flows, integrations.
- Quick learner of new tools and technical domains.
- Commercial sharpness and client-facing communication skills.
- Startup mindset: ownership, fast learning, strong judgment, bias to action.
