Own the quality and tone of AI-generated content, designing prompt systems and automated workflows to produce on-brand marketing content at scale. Work closely with product marketing to translate strategies into AI skills.
Responsibilities
- Own quality, tone, and clarity of AI-generated content, ensuring automated communications and marketing collateral sound natural and on-brand.
- Design and refine prompts, custom AI tools, and agentic skills that automate routine content generation.
- Collaborate with product marketing managers to translate complex product strategies and messaging frameworks into scalable AI skills.
- Feed AI systems with product context, audience profiles, and brand guidelines to meet editorial standards.
- Evaluate AI outputs and iterate on prompts and workflows to correct tone mismatches, fluff, or inaccuracies.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of copywriting, content marketing, tone of voice, and messaging structure.
- Practical experience with LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude) and prompt engineering, including building custom AI tools/workflows for content generation.
- Ability to structure manual content processes into repeatable, automated AI skills.
- Strong SaaS content or product marketing background, with ability to translate complex product architecture into clear messaging.
- Exceptional attention to detail with zero tolerance for generic, robotic AI-sounding text.
