Responsible for leading tender pricing and bid management processes, including cost estimation, profitability analysis, and preparation of detailed proposals. Collaborate with customers and suppliers to understand technical specifications and ensure competitive pricing. Experience with government and industrial markets required.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and price tenders and proposals
- Analyze customer requirements and technical specifications
- Prepare bills of quantities and detailed cost estimates
- Perform cost engineering and price calculation for projects
- Calculate equipment, labor, subcontractor, logistics, and service costs
- Analyze profitability and business viability of deals and tenders
- Participate in characterization meetings with customers and suppliers
Requirements
- Experience in the company's field (security systems, communications, etc.)
- At least 3 years in tendering, pricing, presale, or proposal engineering
- Familiarity with market prices and preparing large-scale price quotes
- Deep knowledge of government and industrial markets
- Familiarity with technology suppliers, integrators, and consultants
- Ability to read technical specifications and bills of quantities
- Independent, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
