Lead complex technology projects end-to-end. Develop project plans, manage scope, risks, and stakeholders. Coordinate cross-functional teams (Development, QA, Infosec, Business). Track milestones and report progress. Requires 3+ years in technology PM, SDLC knowledge, and strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead technology projects from initiation to production
- Build and manage project plans, schedules, and milestones
- Manage project scope, risks, dependencies, and priorities
- Coordinate cross-functional technical and business stakeholders
- Translate business needs into actionable project requirements
- Lead status meetings and track execution
- Present progress, risks, and blockers to stakeholders
- Coordinate development, testing, deployment, and implementation
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Technology or IT Project Management
- Proven experience managing end-to-end technology projects
- Experience building and managing project plans and schedules
- Experience working with Development and other technology teams
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Experience with multiple business and technical stakeholders
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
