Responsibilities
- Lead business and technology initiatives with a strong process, system, and product perspective.
- Drive organizational transformation and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Support and guide agile teams across departments to achieve higher performance and delivery excellence.
- Analyze and optimize processes, focusing on adopting advanced tools, automation, and modern methodologies (Cloud, DevOps, CI/CD, AI).
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and barriers, and work cross-functionally to resolve them.
- Implement management frameworks, routines, and data-driven decision-making (KPIs, dashboards).
- Collaborate with stakeholders across product, technology, and leadership teams.
Requirements
- Strong business and technological orientation with experience improving processes in agile environments.
- Proven experience leading significant projects or initiatives.
- Ability to influence, engage, and mobilize stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic, systems-thinking mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fast learner, highly organized, independent, and accountable.
- Passion for driving change and creating meaningful impact.
Nice to have
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- Background in consulting firms.
- Previous managerial experience.
