Technical Project Manager - Testers & Jigs
As a Technical Project Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of testers, jigs, and fixtures for new product introductions (NPI) in the semiconductor and defense industries. You'll manage end-to-end projects, coordinate with engineering and suppliers, and drive lifecycle management.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex multi-disciplinary development processes from concept to final delivery.
- Manage and guide external subcontractors and internal resources.
- Define technical requirement specifications, Statements of Work (SOW), and work procedures.
- Synchronize interfaces across Engineering, Logistics, and Operations teams.
- Manage product plans, engineering changes, and documentation in PLM systems.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical project management.
- Design experience with tools, machines, jigs, fixtures, or test equipment.
- Proven track record of managing external subcontractors and suppliers.
- Strong familiarity with hardware and mechanical engineering methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with PLM systems.
- Exceptional technical writing skills in English.
- Full professional proficiency in English and Hebrew.
