We seek an experienced Technical Project Manager to oversee technology projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities include mapping processes, writing technical specifications, translating business needs, managing development, and coordinating with teams and vendors. Ideal candidates have 5+ years experience, strong technical acumen, and excellent English.
Responsibilities
- Lead technology projects and business processes across the organization
- Map processes and write technical specification documents
- Translate business needs into practical technical solutions
- Collaborate with managers, users, development teams, and vendors
- Manage and prioritize tasks through to full implementation
- Control the entire project life cycle, track progress, and lead team meetings
- Develop and promote best practices
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing technology projects
- Excellent English—written and spoken (native-level proficiency)
- Strong technical understanding and ability to work closely with development teams
- Experience writing specifications and mapping business processes
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with Scrum methodologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce
- Familiarity with CRM / ERP / BI systems
- Experience in complex, multi-interface organizations
