Lead technical planning and delivery of ADAS programs for automotive clients. Orchestrate cross-functional teams, manage client communication, mitigate risks, and drive process improvements. Requires engineering degree and 5+ years in project management.
Responsibilities
- Orchestrate technical planning, execution, and delivery of ADAS programs.
- Communicate with automotive clients regarding technical needs, including organizing workshops, test drives, and functional tuning.
- Anticipate and remove obstacles that impede team objectives.
- Facilitate decision-making and conflict resolution.
- Leverage hands-on experience in relevant technologies.
- Define key program metrics and communicate outcomes, blockers, and overall program performance.
- Collaborate with management to implement process improvements.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant Engineering field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management.
- Experience in customer-facing technical project or program management.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and management skills.
- Fluent in English and Hebrew.
Nice to have
- Experience in the automotive/vehicle industry is an advantage.
