Lead cross-product and cross-division R&D projects, coordinating scope, schedules, quality, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication. Build AI-enabled workflows and automation to improve project reporting and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Plan project activities, dependencies, and milestones
- Establish processes supporting project goals and lifecycle management
- Track execution, deliverables, KPIs, metrics, risks, dependencies, and impediments
- Maintain project visibility and transparency for stakeholders
- Coordinate collaboration across R&D, product, operations, services, and PMO teams
- Support project execution and operational excellence with the PMO
- Architect and prototype AI-driven workflows, agents, LLM integrations, and scripts
- Identify AI automation opportunities across the R&D lifecycle and develop proof-of-concept tools
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical discipline
- At least 2–3 years of R&D technical project management experience in an international software development organization
- Experience working in an Agile development environment, preferably at scale
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and ability to communicate with both engineers and management
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience creating custom automations or small technical solutions to address workflow gaps
- Working knowledge of AI and LLM technologies, prompt engineering, APIs, or low-code process optimization
- Professional written and spoken English and Hebrew
Nice to have
- MBA or M.Sc.
- PMI or PMP certification
- Experience with Confluence, Aha!, Jira, Monday, or BI tools
- Python, JavaScript, or similar scripting experience
- Experience building custom GPTs, LangChain agents, or AI integrations for project management workflows
