Lead and manage complex, cross-functional technology projects from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with business strategy, regulatory compliance, and technical excellence. Drive project governance, risk management, and stakeholder collaboration across product, engineering, compliance, and commercial teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring on-time, within-scope, and on-budget delivery.
- Lead strategic initiatives such as market entries, platform enhancements, and regulatory programmes.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across product, engineering, compliance, legal, marketing, and BI.
- Mentor junior project managers and improve project management standards and processes.
- Facilitate risk workshops, develop mitigation plans, and maintain governance frameworks.
- Provide technical delivery oversight, understanding the software development lifecycle, integrations, and architecture.
- Prepare executive-level reporting on progress, KPIs, risks, and decisions.
- Leverage technology and AI-enabled tools to improve project delivery and decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional project management certification (PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, or Agile Certified Practitioner).
- 3-5+ years of project management experience, including at least 3 years in software development teams.
- 2-3+ years in iGaming or another highly regulated digital environment.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Advanced experience with Jira and other project management platforms.
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills at both technical and executive levels.
- Expertise in risk management, governance, and change control.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with regulatory, compliance, or market-entry projects.
- Exposure to security frameworks such as ISO 27001.
