Lead complex, large-scale technology projects with full ownership of scope, resources, risks, and timelines. Collaborate with senior leadership and technical teams to align goals and ensure successful delivery in SaaS environments.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery of mega-projects and mission-critical initiatives
  • Manage full project life cycle: requirements, planning, execution, monitoring, reporting, and post-launch support
  • Partner with senior leadership and technical teams to ensure technical feasibility and business alignment
  • Utilize Agile/Scrum or hybrid methodologies to manage execution
  • Maintain executive-level reporting and stakeholder communications
  • Identify and mitigate risks; solve complex implementation challenges
  • Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Drive continuous process improvement and scale project management methodologies

Requirements

  • 7+ years managing large-scale cross-functional technology projects in SaaS or complex software environments
  • Proven success leading multi-million-dollar implementations and complex rollouts, preferably in B2B or hospitality
  • Strong understanding of technical teams (development, QA, DevOps) and architecture, integrations, product configurations
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Monday, or similar project management tools
  • Excellent risk management, resource planning, and executive reporting skills
  • Outstanding communication and leadership abilities to align diverse teams
  • High analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and strategic planning
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Fluent English
