Responsibilities
- Own the operating rhythm and track progress of strategic initiatives
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports for leadership
- Analyze unit health, headcount, and budget data
- Design and implement new processes and communication rhythms
- Craft narratives to align a multi-function organization
- Help leadership prioritize focus areas
Requirements
- 5+ years in analytics, business operations, or a mix
- Comfortable with SQL and BI tools
- Track record of driving cross-functional initiatives without formal authority
- Strong written communication skills
- High discretion with sensitive data (FinOps, headcount, cost)
- AI-native: experience using AI tools to build solutions independently
- Ability to own both vision and execution
