Statutory Planning Manager
Manage statutory planning schemes (TABA) for urban renewal and large-scale residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. Collaborate with planning authorities, municipalities, and real estate firms, coordinating across architecture, transportation, environmental planning, and more.
Responsibilities
- Manage statutory planning schemes (TABA) in the Greater Tel Aviv area and across Israel.
- Work on urban renewal and large-scale plans for residential, commercial, and infrastructure development.
- Collaborate with planning authorities, municipalities, and real estate companies.
- Provide ongoing support across all project lifecycle aspects including architecture, transportation planning, valuation, environmental planning, and wet infrastructure.
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture and/or Urban Planning.
- At least 4 years of experience in preparing statutory planning schemes (TABA) and managing planning processes.
- Experience working with planning authorities, local committees, and government ministries.
- Fast learner with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
