Lead cross-functional ASIC/VLSI and software project delivery, planning schedules, managing risks, resources, and dashboards. Requires 8+ years project management experience in semiconductor/ASIC startups with Linux/scripting and PM tools.
Responsibilities
- Drive project planning, execution, and delivery across ASIC, VLSI, and software domains.
- Create and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Facilitate project reviews, stand-ups, and cross-functional syncs.
- Track risks, dependencies, and blockers; escalate when necessary.
- Partner with engineering leads to optimize workflows and resource allocation.
- Manage inventory, procurement, and technical operations for hardware projects.
- Generate dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track project health.
- Support continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and methodologies.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in project/program management, preferably in semiconductor/ASIC/VLSI startups.
- Basic Linux and scripting capabilities (bash, Python, or similar).
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Asana, etc.).
- Ability to manage cross-functional engineering teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with focus on risk management.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a startup environment: hands-on, flexible, proactive.
