Lead R&D operations by bridging strategy and daily execution. Collaborate with R&D, Product, and CoE leadership to design workflows, configure tools, and drive adoption. Champion AI productivity tools to enhance engineering and product delivery.
Responsibilities
- Translate strategy, frameworks, and leadership decisions into execution across units and squads.
- Lead cross-functional taskforces to streamline workflows and align execution.
- Partner with leads to onboard teams, tailor continuous improvement, and elevate delivery performance.
- Guide squads through methodology, process, and cultural transformations.
- Maintain data standards and build actionable dashboards and tools.
- Champion modern AI tools like Claude Code and Gemini to automate tasks.
- Build trust through training and communication channels.
- Configure custom Jira workflows, boards, and Confluence spaces.
Requirements
- 4+ years experience in project management, tech ops, delivery teams, or Scrum Master roles in R&D/tech.
- Excellent knowledge of Agile methodologies and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Jira Plans, Structure).
- Ability to drive organizational change and implement scalable frameworks.
- Expertise in creating dashboards and analyzing delivery metrics.
- Hands-on experience with Claude Code, Gemini, and Generative AI for automation.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Forward-thinking mindset with passion for emerging technologies.
