We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to join our Project Managers team, leading the development of hardware and software projects in the broadband industry. You will work cross-functionally with R&D, Operations, Marketing, and customers to define scope, timelines, and risk strategies.
Responsibilities
- Manage hardware and software development projects for telecommunications systems.
- Define project scope, timelines, and risk strategies with R&D, Operations, Marketing, and customers.
- Track project status, risks, and open issues, ensuring alignment across teams.
- Work inbound and outbound, collaborating with strategic customers and internal stakeholders.
- Drive NPI (New Product Introduction) processes for hardware projects.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Background in R&D as a software or hardware engineer.
- Experience with large hardware and software systems; telecommunications preferred.
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project/Program Manager with inbound/outbound experience.
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles.
Nice to have
- Experience with hardware projects and NPI.
- Experience with Agile SAFe methodology.
- Both inbound and outbound project management experience.
