Lead agentic AI programs, coordinate cross-functional teams, develop roadmaps, and drive adoption of AI-driven solutions for technical infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Drive agentic AI initiatives from planning to implementation, coordinating across multiple teams.
- Develop and guide detailed implementation plans and roadmaps.
- Influence stakeholders and manage shared metrics without direct authority.
- Collect customer feedback, identify gaps, and suggest improvements to internal tools.
Requirements
- BSc/MS or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- 5+ years of validated experience.
- Validated experience in agentic solution architecture.
- Strong interpersonal abilities with customer-facing coordination skills.
- Skilled in verbal and written English.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience building agentic tooling.
- Proven track record of helping customers adopt AI and agentic capabilities.
- Experience in developing roadmaps across multiple teams.
- Expertise in translating customer feedback into product improvements.
