Lead technical program management for agentic AI initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams and driving customer collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Help build agent tools to simplify AI Factory Builds motion and make it agentic end to end.
- Engage with Solution Architect teams during planning and implementation phases of agent build.
- Develop and guide detailed implementation plans and roadmaps, coordinating across several teams.
- Drive projects by influencing others and coordinating shared measurements.
- Assist Technical Solution Architects in embracing and developing agentic capabilities.
- Provide feedback to internal teams by detailing customer needs and suggesting improvements.
Requirements
- BSc/MS or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- 5+ years of validated experience.
- Validated experience in agentic solution architecture.
- Experience working with customers and coordinating with internal departments for technical projects.
- Skill in formulating project plans and strategic pathways.
- Strong interpersonal abilities and fluent English.
- Ability to prioritize and balance tasks autonomously.
- Coordination across teams without direct authority.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience building agentic tooling.
- Track record of helping customers adopt AI and agentic capabilities.
- Experience developing roadmaps and leading implementation across teams.
- Expertise in collecting customer feedback and translating into improvements.
