Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects across R&D, aligning engineering teams and leadership, optimizing operations with automation and data insights, and ensuring transparency and risk management.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex technical projects end-to-end through cross-functional collaboration.
- Align technical strategy and business goals with software delivery.
- Orchestrate program increment planning, timelines, backlog priorities, and risks.
- Establish transparent reporting dashboards, Jira structures, and data visualization tools.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and clear communication across stakeholders.
- Oversee release schedules, testing cycles, and cross-functional integration points.
- Guide squads as a change agent through methodology and process transformations.
Requirements
- 10+ years of project management or PMO experience in software development.
- Extensive knowledge of Agile frameworks, Jira, and Confluence tools.
- Hands-on experience using generative AI tools and automated project workflows.
- Proven ability to evaluate R&D processes to align strategic goals with execution.
- Mastery of data management and metrics visualization for predictive analytics and early risk identification.
- Clear project leadership and communication skills to influence diverse stakeholders.
