Lead complex web and technology projects from requirements gathering through implementation while translating business needs into scalable technical solutions. The role covers project management, systems analysis, web architecture, cloud environments, APIs, databases, and AI-assisted development.
Responsibilities
- Lead technology projects from requirements through implementation
- Analyze business processes and translate them into functional and technical specifications
- Define web systems, workflows, data flows, and APIs
- Produce detailed functional and technical documentation
- Collaborate with development, QA, architecture, and business teams
- Work with SQL databases and cloud-based architectures
- Apply AI and LLM tools to requirements analysis, documentation, prototyping, and development
- Define REST APIs, serverless architectures, and cloud functions
- Ensure solutions meet business requirements and technical standards
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience managing technology or IT projects
- Strong systems analysis and complex process analysis experience
- Experience defining and designing complex web systems
- Experience writing detailed functional and technical specifications
- Experience with SQL and MS SQL Server, including complex queries
- Understanding of web architecture and databases
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience defining REST or GraphQL APIs
- Hands-on experience with AI and LLM tools such as Claude
- Familiarity with serverless architecture or cloud functions
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering with an Information Systems specialization, or Information Systems Management; alternatively, another bachelor's degree with 300 hours of advanced Information Systems training or a relevant practical engineering diploma

- Experience in large enterprise environments
- Experience with cloud-based web architectures
- Experience using AI tools for rapid prototyping and code generation
- Experience in healthcare or other highly regulated environments
