Lead full lifecycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM projects, from requirements to go-live. Translate business needs into technical solutions, manage project plans, risks, and client expectations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery. Hybrid role in Petah Tikva.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM projects
- Manage project plans, milestones, and risks using Gantt charts
- Work closely with clients to define requirements and manage expectations
- Write functional and technical specifications
- Coordinate with development, implementation, and QA teams
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM projects
- Strong knowledge of D365 modules and business processes
- Experience with Agile methodologies and backlog management
- Ability to lead teams and manage complex processes
- Client-facing experience
