Lead full project lifecycle from initiation to delivery for web and information systems. Manage business requirements, write functional specs, oversee Agile development, and coordinate cross-functional teams. Ensure alignment with business goals, budget, and timelines.
Responsibilities
- Full responsibility for planning, managing, and leading web and digital development projects from initiation to delivery.
- Manage business requirements and changes with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Lead system analysis processes, including writing functional and application specification documents, High Level Design, and Low Level Design documents.
- Manage complex technological projects with multiple interfaces, working with development, testing, integration, and infrastructure teams.
- Manage work plans, track tasks, risks, budgets, and schedules while meeting project goals and scope.
- Work in Agile methodologies, including backlog management, writing user stories, and leading development in an Agile environment.
- Interface with senior stakeholders, business clients, and external partners, driving decision-making and stakeholder alignment.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience managing and leading web/digital development projects.
- Proven experience in business requirements management, system analysis, and end-to-end development leadership.
- Experience writing functional and application specification documents.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, including backlog management and user stories.
- Experience managing complex technological projects with multiple interfaces and working with development, QA, and integration teams.
- Broad technological understanding of infrastructure, information systems, and solution architecture.
- Experience building work plans, managing budgets, and performance control.
- Experience working with senior management and business clients.
