Plan and manage global engineering projects, including timeline, budget, resources, and logistics. Coordinate cross-functional teams, procurement, and CAPEX budgets using SAP. Develop processes for on-schedule, on-budget execution.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage department projects, including timeline, budget, and resources.
- Coordinate between various functions involved in projects.
- Manage all logistics aspects such as shipping, spare parts, purchasing, import/export.
- Support engineering teams in procurement and logistics processes.
- Collaborate with Procurement to define suppliers, issue purchase requisitions, and track deliveries.
- Manage all financial aspects of projects.
- Coordinate annual operating plan (AOP) for CAPEX.
- Create and manage CAPEX budgets using SAP.
- Monitor CAPEX budget usage and spending.
- Issue reports to management.
Requirements
- Project management knowledge and experience.
- University degree preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- SAP and project management systems knowledge.
- Ability to create and implement global processes.
- Team player, fast learner, independent.
- English fluency.
