We are looking for a sharp and execution-oriented Senior Project Manager to lead the operational and logistical execution of battery energy storage system (BESS) construction sites. You will build work plans, supervise contractors, track schedules, and ensure successful project delivery. This role requires frequent site visits and flexible hours.
Responsibilities
- Develop structured operational work plans with detailed timelines and coordinate contractor workflows.
- Conduct daily tracking of project statuses, identify bottlenecks, and resolve delays.
- Serve as the primary company representative on construction sites, supervising contractor performance.
- Lead status meetings and manage multidisciplinary field teams and subcontractors.
- Maintain real-time tracking and task management using Jira and project management software.
- Proactively address unexpected field challenges in real time.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in operational project management, construction management, or site supervision within engineering, civil construction, or infrastructure.
- Practical Engineer or B.Sc. Engineer degree in Civil, Industrial, Electrical, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing schedules and milestones across multiple concurrent projects.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, CRM, and project management tools.
- Willingness for frequent site visits nationwide and flexible working hours.
Nice to have
- Prior experience with BESS, solar EPC projects, or industrial-scale energy infrastructure.
- Familiarity with energy site commissioning processes.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and infrastructure (transformers, inverters, switchgear).
