Senior Project Manager responsible for full delivery ownership of AI projects, including planning, tracking, risk management, business analysis, and P&L. Acts as a trusted advisor to clients, drives upsell opportunities, and leads a small team. Requires 3+ years of experience in IT project management and strong client-facing skills.
Responsibilities
- Take end-to-end ownership of project delivery, from planning to closure, with full accountability.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and edge cases before they escalate.
- Serve as the primary client contact, translating requirements into clear scope and acceptance criteria.
- Manage project P&L, including tracking profitability, effort, and margin against SOW.
- Produce and maintain delivery documentation such as SOWs, BRDs, and process flows.
- Drive upsell opportunities through client relationships and sales calls.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in Project Management in IT/software services.
- Ability to understand AI solution concepts, architecture, and constraints.
- Experience leading or mentoring a small team (junior PMs/BAs or coordinators).
- Hands-on experience owning project P&L.
- Working knowledge of PM/documentation tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have
- PMP, CSM/PSM, CBAP/CCBA or equivalent PM/BA certification.
- Hands-on technical background (development, QA, or architecture).
- Experience with international/enterprise clients across time zones.
