Senior M&A Integration Manager
Lead M&A integration planning and execution across EMEA, coordinating cross-functional workstreams and stakeholders. Track milestones, risks, and synergies, and build executive reporting materials. Support continuous improvement of integration tools and processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain integration plans aligned with deal objectives
- Drive execution of integration activities from signing through post-close
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams including Technology, Operations, Finance, Risk, and People
- Track milestones, dependencies, and risks; escalate issues as needed
- Act as key point of contact for EMEA stakeholders and ensure global alignment
- Build and maintain integration materials, trackers, analyses, and executive updates
- Support development of repeatable integration tools, templates, and processes
Requirements
- 7-10 years of M&A integration experience
- Strong organizational and execution skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in parallel
- Strong problem-solving and structured thinking
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft 365
- Fluency in English
- Ability to collaborate across global time zones, with overlap with North American hours
Nice to have
- Experience in payments, fintech, or regulated industries
- Exposure to cross-border or global programs
- Experience working across North America, EMEA, and/or APAC
- Hebrew language skills
