Oversee global clinical trials, managing project plans, budgets, and cross-functional teams. Ensure compliance with ICH GCP and regulatory guidelines. Lead vendor management and client relationships. Require 6+ years in clinical research and a bachelor's degree in a health science field. Full-time hybrid role in Israel.
Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and complete full execution of assigned clinical trials as a global trial lead
- Set goals and timelines, provide leadership to clinical trial teams
- Ensure compliance with ICH GCP, regulatory guidelines, and trial procedures
- Manage full scope clinical trial projects from start-up to analysis
- Coordinate clinical trial activities, including organization and management
- Evaluate and manage project budgets against milestones and scope
- Assess project profit margins and implement corrective measures
- Prepare trial plans, timelines, schedules, resources, and budgets
- Serve as primary client contact at the project operational level
- Oversee contracted vendors and manage third-party financial spend
- Review and assess trial KPIs to ensure positive progress
- Ensure timely and accurate project tracking and reporting
- Monitor resource needs and communicate with functional department heads
- Ensure clinical trial team receives appropriate training
- Oversee CRA tasks and site management, approve trip reports
- Lead client and team meetings, document discussions and decisions
- Prepare and approve project status reports
- Plan and conduct investigator meetings
- Ensure completeness of the Trial Master File (TMF)
- Participate in business development activities as needed
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and mentor junior staff
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a health science or nursing field
- At least 6 years of clinical research experience
- Fluent in English
