Seeking a hands-on Program Manager to lead the establishment, implementation, and evolution of a unified business process system. This role combines end-to-end program ownership with daily involvement in specification, implementation, and delivery. Collaborate with business units, IT teams, development, and external vendors to drive solutions supporting sales, credit, service, and operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the establishment and ongoing evolution of a unified business process system.
- Build a strategic roadmap and work plan aligned with company goals.
- Collaborate with business units to improve and standardize processes.
- Manage internal and external teams across the development and implementation lifecycle.
- Own requirements definition, development, testing, and launch.
- Drive automation, reduce manual work, and integrate AI capabilities into business processes.
- Define standards and methodologies for requirements management, development, versioning, testing, and documentation.
- Ensure solutions are stable, secure, high-quality, and scalable.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in managing complex projects or business systems.
- Significant experience in implementing, managing, or leading CRM systems.
- Experience in business process analysis and translating them into system requirements and technological solutions.
- Deep familiarity with sales, customer management, service, and operational processes.
- Experience in end-to-end project management: planning, prioritization, scope, risks, testing, migrations, and go-live.
- Experience working with development, QA, integration, infrastructure, and information security teams.
- Ability to work with and lead senior business stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently while maintaining attention to detail and a systemic view.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira.
- Familiarity with AI capabilities, automation, and their integration into enterprise systems.
Nice to have
- Experience in credit, finance, insurance, banking, or leasing companies.
- Familiarity with credit processes, underwriting, loans, collateral, collections, and customer service.
- Experience with Low-Code/No-Code platforms.
- Experience with API-based integrations and working with core and third-party systems.
- Experience in leading external vendors and implementation teams.
- Experience in deploying AI or automation solutions in an enterprise environment.
